axle swap
« on: June 29, 2008, 01:17:07 PM »
can anyone give me some advice on swapping out my leaf spring susp for a coil spring susp.? would it be better to just find the complete axle sets out of a tj all intact, instead of trying to get it modded the hard way?

I took the full front suspension out of 79 Bronco (full size) he radius arm brackets and coil buckets lined right up. I was amazed at how easy in went in.
So now I have a full size dana 44 front and a 9 inch in the back.
 Just something to consider

And Shonster, I'll be coming your way on Tuesday to have a look at your stuff, our deal is still good.
