Warning!! Home Depot Chinook

This article was just on CTV, basically 1200 credit card slips with all the personal info from Home Depot on Macleod Trail showed up in New Jersey.  Just a heads up if you shopped there to check your bills extra careful.  I'm heading down tomorrow to try and talk with someone about what they plan to do for the people whose info was released since I have been there probably 10 times in the last 6 months. 

Am I out of line for wanting an answer and seeing if they will pay for the credit monitoring and security service?

How did that turn out, hopefully if anyone got ripped off the store should be held responsible and pay a large fine as a deterant
