will rubi shocks and springs fit a tj and will it give any lift and better ride

The will fit... they won't give much lift... I've heard an inch or so but I think that would mostly be due to having tired springs in the TJ to begin with.

is $200 worth it for newer springs and shocks and until what year of rubi can i use? my tj is an 03

I have rubi springs on my 97 tj, no issues at all.
