UPDATE:Used the tank today. Aired my 35x12.5 tires down to 15 psi for the day. At the end of the day hooked up my four-way air hose (which has a fubared gauge already
- I'll have to change it out) and filled all four tires at the same time in about 30-ish seconds - my math was pretty close. Longest part was cleaning the valve caps off enough to take em off and cracking open the tank. Can definitely recommend it.

I figured I needed some sort of way to fill my new 35's when I ordered them. I remembered watching guys fill-up with compressors, it works, but isn't all too speedy (helps with a tank or two for sure, and I thank those that have repeatedly filled my tires) so I figured I'd give a CO2 setup a go. Got a 20lb tank for cheap (already hydro tested in '07) and just got my PowerTank regulator from Bill tonight.
It can crank out over 300psi at a smoking 45cfm.
Supposedly I should be able to fill one of my 35x12.5's from 15 to 30 psi in about 30-ish seconds. I've got a 4-way air system coming in this or next week so I should be able to clip it all on, crank it on and give it a minute or two and it should be finished and equalized.
Pretty cheap to fill a dead tank - about $30. Should put out around 32-40 fills. Can turn it up to seat a tire bead, or turn it down to run air tools. Can even turn it WAY down to be lazy and fill up air mattresses and such.
I looked at the posted pictures and the handle is all new-shiny and looks like plastic, it's aluminum.
Pictures!!!
