Wierd noise, diffs, driveshafts???
« on: November 14, 2008, 08:30:22 PM »
Its cooled down here lately and now I seem to have wierd noise that seems to start during acceleration and quietens down when I slow down and come to a stop. It seems to be coming from the centre right front and rear of the Jeep. I have to replace the seal between my rear driveshaft an diff. I also probably have to replace the brake master cylinder.

I have the diff fluid replaced about 3k ago. Any ideas?

Kinda like a high pitched whine or hissing.  Id say vacuum leak, but not sure
