best catch can ideas?

i was just wondering about how to make a good catch can. i have more then usual amounts oil in my filter. really want to fix this.

Do you mean that it's sucking oil vapor through like the PCV valve? Go get one of those GLASS (not plastic) water separators for an air compressor and install it inline with the pcv valve. I did this on my tbird and it solved the oil in the intake problem....I'll see if I can get a pic...

Isn't this caused by the old, compressed and cracket grommet?

I'd replace both on the top of the valve cover,both hoses and maybe remove and clean the valve cover (built in pcv?)

...or is this old tech and now just replaced with catch cans?
