tire carrier

I am building a tire carrier for my tj and am in need of the single mount bearing/hinge and handle i have seen on others.Anyone know if its possible just to get these two parts.( i have no money so buying a tire carrier was out).I have tried searching but not to sure what to look for/call it. thx in advance
