Looking for a good electrician to do some work at our house, must be able to pull a permit.  Let me know if you guys know anyone.

Call my cousin Norm,  403-333-5599. He does work on the side and can get permits. He's been a j-man for a few years now and does good work. He's in Airdrie. Not sure where you are, but give him a shout. Tell him Tim sent you.

my dads a master electrician but lives in red deer so it would have to be enough to make it worth the drive

Thanks for the 'plug' Mikey ;).  When it comes to the whole permit shitiation I'm hooped...not a master electrician :P.  When time permits I have been known to share a few pops & offer some consulting :D.(You know that already :o)

I want my conduit stand that runs from my meter box extended through the roof line as far as I can.  Du to the fact that this is main service work I think that I will require permited work.  Unless you think that it is not a big deal, I know that I can have enmax disconnect the service without a permit.  Let me know.
