Tuffy Cubby Cover

I am wondering if anyone has bought & installed a Tuffy cubby cover.
I read on another forum (thread is over a year old) that there were clearance issues with the left corner denting/scratching the tailgate. If you have an input it would be appreciated. I would like to look into getting one but don't want to waste my time if it isn't worth it..
