I have a 29 year old car which requires a salvage vehicle inspection. The sad part is that there is nothing wrong with it. The car has never sustained any structural damage at all and has never been "rebuilt" in any way. All original paint with just 95,000 km on the odometer. It only picked up the "salvage" designation because it must have been at an auction at some point.
Anyway, due to its condition I'm sure it would pass inspection if taken to a shop which is suitably thorough but not unnecessarily harsh or picky... or biased against older cars for that matter.
Can anyone recommend a location they have had good experiences with? Or warn me against locations which should be avoided?
