I'm going to Apex!
If stuff breaks, then so be it. Thats why there is usually (or so I hear) a dealership that is a main sponsor, so access to stock parts is pretty easy.

Apex is a lot of fun, all rock and dust and is very different from stuff around here.Rocky is mud, if yo like mud then go to rocky.  I have been going for 5 years not and this year I will be helping out with the Rocky Jamboree plus going as a participant for Apex.

The price is a little steep but the food is excellent which helps justify the cost, plus all the prizes.

There should be a good representation of CJA members this year at Apex.  If you want more details shoot me a PM

Should be good weekend.

Apparantly I'm a pretty popular guy. Sure you can all see me this summer... but you are going to have to take a number.

<sorry, couldn't resist>

I've been to 11 Jeep Jams since 98.  Definatly a lot of fun.  Would not miss it for the world.

214 bucks?  That covers 7 meals, one T-shirt, and potentialy a very cool prize.  Milan has won the Goodyear mtrs twice.  What do two sets of 35's go for these days?  Lucky bastard!   :wink:

Both my wife and I are signed up for the one in Rocky. Like the others said, all those meals, prizes, and just the oppourtunity to meet and greet with that many other jeepers is more then worth it.

I'll be at the Rocky one on the 20th. I don't think the price is that high considering they feed you all weekend.

There are a couple hotels right on site, plus camping and lots of condos to rent and a hostel.  Go to the Apex Ski Resort website and it is all there
