Warn M8000 winch question
« on: May 10, 2010, 06:52:45 PM »
Was looking into a winch for my TJ.  Is the Warn m8000 gonna be enough for my TJ.  I got a price from Greggs through our account at work for $680.  Is this a good price.  The salesman said it usually retails at around a grand.  The next step up was the M9000i and my price on that was $1100 ish.
Also I thing the Tabor 9000 was around $750.  Havn't heard much about them though.

The M8000 is a great winch and just get a snatch block as Johnny mentioned and you will not have any problems

If you go and talk to Dean Cottam at National 4X4 he can beat that price that you were quoted. His number is 403.214.2145

Also wanted to let you guys know who deal with Dean at National he is leaving for bigger and better at the end of the month so he said go and see him for the great deals he offers before the end of the month.
