The 97 and up xj's are more prone to driveline vibes for some reason, but that is easy to work out..and no i dont mean drop the t-case..i sent you a pm, lets get together and work out the issues you have..seeing as your 97 and my 99 are basically identical, i should be able to get you on the road and happy with the outcome.
Getting grumpier every day.
99 XJ - It's got sum stuff ,Noel free stuff..
98 ZJ - It's just ugly, but bigger than your Rubi

I am just getting annoyed with the jeep right now.

Don't feel bad Steve. Everyone on this site who has worked on their Jeep has said this at one time or another.

Good luck with your Jeep  dude.

I am trying not to anyway.

I actually like the process of pulling it apart and making things to get vehicles to work. I enjoy that alot.
its just the part of redoing the same thing over and over again in such short periods of time(if it were after I broke something, then at least I must have been having fun while doing so)

I like it when I can find solutions to problems that I have, just feels good to make something work for $1.24 and not having to spend $80 to get the same result.

I am not saying I do things on the cheap, because I would rather have quality parts that will last, but not replacing things that are ok but just need fixing(I am talking about a set of blocks I had to make a pin for as it got stuck in the spring pirch and I had to drill it out.
I used a bolt and ground it down till it fit), not that I wanted to use blocks anyway.

97 Red XJ, 4.5", 31" mud's, ARB front, 9500lb winch, bushwhacker's, warn sliders, HnT SYE and CV drive shaft - written off and sold for parts :(
