Kind of reminds me of the OR-FAB bumpers.

Found it! Well, not the exact same, but I like this one better!

Second bumper on the page!

Anyone have any experience with this one or any Olympic Products?

Hmmmm

Be good for light brush and such but I wouldn't want to hit anything very hard with it.  Seems to me that it is mostly tubing and would provide good light protection, but if you decide to (or have it decided for you) to catch an immovable object I think it would get bendy pretty quick.

A van ran a red light in front of me a couple years ago, my stinger (just 1 piece of tube) punctured the side wall of the van(just behind the drivers seat) and ripped out the back of it. Literally, you could put your arm through the van and walk to the back of it without touching metal.

It was AWESOME. And no damage to the bumper other than some smeared powder coating.

Dont doubt tube! lol

Ayup.
I helped a fellow Jeep guy install the same bumper on his TJ over the winter. It looks like a Smittybuilt design with a few minor changes. The  bumper has fared quite well considering it's flimsy looks. The bumper in question has been put to use on a DD and has been well abused on the trail as well. The only complaint thus far has been the paint/powdercoat that has peeled in some small areas from errant rocks.

Olympic has been around for a while(think JC Whitney catalogs) and has really done a good marketing job in the States. You won't find too many people with this bumper if you do choose to go this route.
