Thats when my breaker would pop. On startup while running the plasma and did the same thing, reset breaker, fill tank go back to cutting. I have a HUGE tank but a plasma takes a LOT of air and after doing that a few times it got pretty old and a 2nd 200V circuit went it just for the compressor. Was pretty easy for me though as the compressor is right next to the panel.

Don't wait for the tank to fill - start cutting as soon as you have enough air so that the compressor stays running.
