Help with front skid plate install?
« on: September 07, 2011, 01:25:57 AM »
Hey! I hate being that guy but I was wondering if anyone knows a place where I can get the rugged ridge JK front skid plate installed, or preferably if someone is willing to help a new guy out with the install themselves? I'm fairly good at installing things myself, and consider myself a fairly mechanically inclined person however sometimes odd situations come up, and it is nice having someone with experience there to help. Here is what I'm looking to order from Northridge later today:

The Front Skid Plate. Instructions are there as well.

Cheers!

I could lend a hand if you need it. Let me know when you plan to install.

Just a heads up. Bolt on never is, so expect to have to make some holes a little bigger or trim a little here or there. Pro tip: get all the bolts just barely started before you try to tighten anything, you'll probably need a big of wiggle room and it will pull up a little funny.
