I have got a lot of work done over the last couple weeks.
I got the rest of the frame welded up. The axel came in and installed.
I used a piece of conduit to run the weir from front to the rear. I put a bumper on to make it all look right.
Once I got the rubber on in I rolled it out to see what stands it has against the XJ. it is sitting a lot taller than I thought.
I POR15ed the frame. this stuff looks like powder coating once dried.
I handle so I can pick it up and move it around. I set it a little further back then you would think but now the handle clears the spare
I did find a tall jack. I am still going to build a foot for it so I don't have to crank so far up and down.
I used a receiver hitch so I can use a ball or a max access hitch.
Once the POR 15 was dry I got the box on and see how it looks altogether.
I still have to get the spare mount done, the spot where the jerry cans are going to mount and wire the lights. I am almost there then the inspection and plate.
