Yes it does work. And looks idiotically sexy. If my wife still had her jk, I would sooo have done it on 33s. It's my favorite look on a jk. It's like mixing tech and old school. You have to get the right ones though or you'll have clearance issues with your calipers.

I would look into it very closely.  There are a lot of 15" rims that won't work on JK's.

Hey man I'm rockin' Pro Comp Series 52 Rock Crawler rims, 15x8, 5x5, 3.75" BS, manufacturer #5873 with 33x12.5 Mickey Thompson Baja MTZs on a 2013 JK, no issues whatsoever and they look nice!!!  Even had a CPS officer comment on it looking "bad a**"!!!  lol  got em from National 4WD for about $88 each

That's the tire/wheel combo I'm going for. And too hear it works without caliper contact it just what I wanted too hear.
