Well, what a long drawn out process to get my recovered stolen truck back to 'pre theft' shape.
Between an adjustor AND appraiser that completely went off the deep end with me that resulted in me getting rid of both of them to only deal with Western Canada District Manager, it has been a long haul.
Throughout this Dave and Eric at Broken Axle were amazing, going way beyond what is expected form a good service experience. If storage fees were charged for how long my truck camped overnight, it would have been more than the cost of repairs.
The thieves drove it like they stole it and there was front end damage, rear pinion leaking badly and a tranny leak. Lots of other odds and ends but after getting the final piece of the front end puzzle together yesterday, my truck drives like it did before it was stolen.
This is just my acknowledgement of a local shop that can be trusted, does good mechanical work and goes the distance to help their customers.
