Meh. Even with the negative effect that Obamacare has had on those that actually pay for their own health insurance, people that are gainfully employed still make out better in the US health care system than you will standing in line for your prostate exam in the People's Republik.
As an example....had a pinched nerve, doc wanted to make sure of which muscle was pinching it, got a referral for an MRI, had an appointment at a facility that was convenient for me within 48 hours. Total out-of-pocket price - $20. I've never had an MRI in Canada....but I doubt very much that I'd be able to get an appointment at a time and place that was convenient for me in that short period of time. To be honest, I've had to wait for far longer than that just to get an appointment with a GP in Calgary if I didn't want to wait for 6 hours at a walk-in.
