HI all ! I have a 98 tj (stock) I have parts to install but no garage or a jeep expert to tell me " oh hey do this not that "
I have a mechanic out in Priddis  and he's only 80 bucks an hour ........and would need the jeep for a while ( its my daily driver )
I have to install : front pads and rotors
                              track bar
                              steering upgrade https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1d3JcO0VnJ8  have all the parts listed for complete upgrade
                              shocks and springs (front and back ) from a jk to give a maybe 2.5 inch lift

                              31's on rims to install awell
Is there anyone out in the Jeep world that could /would allow me to do these mods /repairs in there garage possibly?
I'm just trying to save cash I don't have ...lol

I tried jk springs on my tj. The only way it's going to lift your tj is if they are possibly rubicon springs. And the rears will need to be opened up a bit cause they will not fit over the bump in the perch.

update:
I have sent an email to the boys at Broken Axle to see if they can help with the shocks/ lift.  I'm heading over to U wrench it and rent a hoist and proper tools to do track bar hopefully brakes and wheel balance

So i went to U-WRENCH IT tried to take the track bar off but she's on there too good . I'll have to cut the bolt that is on the axle mount  ...
Did my front pads and rotors all good there
 just need some kind of help with the Jk shocks and coils install
 then I can put on my 31's and later the steering upgrade .......

Shocks can be used. But the jk shocks are 2" longer then the tj so you will need spacers or lift springs

Try heating the track bar bolt and nut. It often has loctite on it.
