seatbelt not working
« on: July 13, 2006, 08:56:12 AM »
I had a question for you guys.  I have a 94 YJ and my female part on my seatbelt is'nt working all the time.
The clicker thingy (for lack of a beter word) wont clamp down on the male end.  Is there a cheap way of fixing this or do I have to replace it.  Dealer $210 not inc. shipping if I want it here in less than 3to 6 weeks.
info PLEEEAASSE
Thanx, Mike

Pour some lemon gin on it and it should accept the male end just fine.

P.S. Couldn't resist...

since when did Jeep stuff reopen.  I called for the seatbelt a couple three weeks ago and the machine said something about not being open to the public anymore.
If they are reopen I am soooo calling.
Thanx
Mike
