Hello everyone,
I have 3 Jeeps at the moment: 94 and 96 Cherokees and a '13 Rubi. The 94 is perfect and we use it daily, and the '96 runs great, but is no longer road-worthy. It's all fixable, but I don't have the time/money/or need to do it. It has some door and hood latch issues, wobbly driver's seat, rust holes etc. All of the electrical and mechanical systems are perfect though (it could use a new clutch after nearly 400k on the original one
). Always fires up first try after sitting for extended periods of time.
I've been trying to decide what to do with it: keep some quick-fix parts off of it for the '94 including the barely used Duratrac tires (which are worth more than the Jeep), and then part the rest out, or try to sell the whole thing to someone, or just have the junk guys take it away - which would be a shame.
I have had a couple ads out, including on here, to part it out and there's no real interest in anything substantial. I'd rather it go to someone who would actually want to use it for something like a project or a donor vehicle rather than me getting anywhere between $60-$120 for it from junk guys and see it go to the crushers.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
