This is mostly for Vinman since he was asking about my cage this weekend, but incase anyone was interested in seeing what Evo built me, here are some pics....  as you can see my TJ has a LOOOONG way to go before it's finished, but these are some progress pics... when it's done it is going to be one hell of a machine!

Another thing that you may have noticed is that the cage is built so the seats can be slid back into them if someone taller is driving... it was also made so I could use a hard top or soft top over it and goes directly through the dash.  I only had to take out my tweeters to make that work.

Thanks!  It probably won't be adding a whole lot of extra weight since the more I put in this thing, the more I seem to be taking out.

Yeah a girly Jeep but when she's done, she'll have:

custom Evo 4 link, long arm suspension
King Coilovers all around
Dana 44 & 60 diffs, locked with 5.13's
37" rubber with Staun beadlocks
full cage, flat fenders, mini exo
4.6L stroker motor
Dana 300 clocked & Twin-sticked
Assisted hydro steer

and a few other goodies up my sleeve... ;)  Not so girly afterall.

All I can say is wow!.

That's an impressive cage that looks like it can handle anything thrown at it.
I'm sure the rest of the Jeep will be equally impressive once completed.

Thanks for posting the pictures.

Not yet, but I plan on having some 1/2 doors fabbed up by him so I'll post when those are built... may not be for a while though.

Hey Mike!  Long time no talk!  ETA?  Uhmm... maybe in the winter sometime?  lol.

They are pretty busy... I have almost everything lined up (just need driveshafts) so once it gets going it will be fast  My diffs are already locked & geared, kings are in the shop... everything is there.  I can't wait!  :)

I still lurk...to keep informed.

Assuming I still have my jeep in the winter make sure you include me in the virgin run.
