i need to get it lifted haha.... lets just say i cant get outa my garage because for 1 the tires are too wide and i get stuck between a truck and the door frame and #2 i cant turn more then 1.5 rotations each way

When I was 18,way back in '91 I won a tracker on a lotto ticket. Wheeled that thing all the time.  It worked great for me. Good luck with it.
