Is it possible to re-powdercoat, or re-finish suspension springs?

If so, any suggested on how to do this or where to have this done?

Powdercoating is great until it starts to come off.  The problem with powdercoating is that it is cured in an oven thereby making touch-ups very difficult from what I have heard, unless you redo the whole part.  I would be a little concerned about putting springs in an oven because the heat could change the structure of the steel thereby ptoentially weakening it.  All dependent on the temp though

I personally would probably just grab a can of spray paint and let her buck.

Yes, the springs can be redone, Calgary Powder coating will do almost anything.  stripping them they will probably use a bead blast and then they just respray and bake.  There are different kinds of prep for different kinds of environments (indoor, outdoor, both...)  They are very knowledgeable in this area and should be able to answer any questions you might have.

gave a call to calgary powder coating and they have a minimum charge of $200. I would almost be better off getting new springs for that.

Any idea of something like flexible truck bed liner would work? I've also heard of plastic/rubber coatings that can be dipped or painted on, seen it used for coating metal tools and gloves. just wondering if something like that would work?

how about of rubberized undercoating available at crappy tire for about 7 - 10 bucks a can.  one can was enough to do my coils, wheel wells and frame and under the fenders and stuff....   it looked much better all black underneath.

Used to work at Calgary powdercoat, they will do anything you want, but yes, min order.

As for the heat and the springs, that is a valid point...but did the springs NOT come powdercoated to begin with?

Try Top Gun Coating @ 250-5393. I don't think they have a minimum charge.
