 I have been looking at what was out there for bumpers to replace my stock ones and i could not find exactly what I wanted so I designed my own, yes i know they are very similar to others on the market just mt twist on things...

As you can see they are mabe from 2x6 rectangular tubeing.. Now I am not a weilder or even a mechanic but i do learn how to build things fast!

This gives you an basic idea as to what they will look like when finnished. again with a little patience and some basic tools (4.5 in grinder) i was able to cut these out on about a total of 3-4hrs

This a little detail i found from my searching and decided to see if i could also pull it off to give the end caps the same radius as the rest of the tubing.

OOPS!! make sure you double check all measurements when trying to cut a hole through both front and back of bumper.. i was bound to make a mistake somewhere now lets just hope this is the worst it gets!

Now this is going to be my first project ever with a weilder and i got my self a new HOBART Handler140 mig weilder! so far in my pratice on scraps things have been going good lets keep our fingers crossed that it all works out! I will keep you all posted on the progress of these!
CHEERS!!!
