Whats the difference?
« on: April 18, 2007, 04:53:54 PM »
Looking for a 3" lift and I'm not sure what one to get. Not looking to go rockclimbing, I just want some more ground clearance.

This one seems to have everything I'd need

Then theres another one that's a procomp which I think is a better name but it doesn't come with the rear leaf spring shackle. Do I need the shackle or does that kit really give me everything I need? I haven't found a place yet that sells shackles for a 3" lift for a 92 comanche.

rear is just an add-a-leaf
front is, coils, extended sway bar links, track bar lowering bracket, lower control arms, t-case drop.

watch ordering from the states as there's a substantial duty charge for auto parts.....

would you still have to pay that duty if you got it shipped to a montana post office and picked it up yourself? Also, I still don't know the difference between the two

yes...    if it comes form Floria/ Alaska/ Texas or Montata....You will still be crossing the border... and pay duties.

BTW...Procomp is Junk....

I would recommend to go see your favorite local shop... please see our supportors.
