I think i broke a seal in my front axle on my 1990 yj, passenger side, what should I do, as im not majory mechanicly inclined, and i dont have a parking space to do any work on this.

do the outer oil seals work to fix this problem, its not leaking lots, but every 2 months Il prolly have to fill the axle fluid up.

I havent drove the jeep at all, to worried bout it.

im sure you have the vacuum disconnect on your passenger side axle tube. the axle seal that is leaking is on the right side of the shift fork hole(square hole in tube), i havent changed one myself but it only makes sense that thats where it is. these can be a pain to change. get the outer axle out of the tube, take the shift fork assembly off the axle tube, and take a look and see how hard it is to get out... if you dont have the means to get to this point then you may want to get a shop to do it... or ask around here. its not too bad if it takes 2 months to go low. keep it topped up and drive it if you need to.

The only problem is that if you get into the mud or water, your fluids gonna get contaminated.  I know, I just went throught the same thing
