Please help find this douchebag!

My mom was driving down Crowchild Tr. doing the speedlimit when she got rearended and almost lost control..
The guy who hit her must have been doing at least 120kmph judging by the damage done to her car since she was doing 80kmph. How he hit her while she was doing the speedlimit and there was not very much traffic according to her, I don't know.
They both pulled over. He got out of his truck and wanted to just get her info and leave. She told him no, she is calling the Police because there is more than $1000 damage easily to her car (98' Escort).

He gets back in his truck and waits for a bit.. She is on Hold with the Police.. he comes back demands her info and tells her doesn't have time for this and that she has the wrong attitude.. He then procedes to get in his truck and leaves just as the operator answers her call. So after over a week the police haven't been able to trace this scumbag.

She did write down his license plate right after they pulled over so the Police were able to get the info on the guy.

Please keep an eye for a Silver 03' Dodge Ram with a dented front bumper (she said there wasn't much damage to the Ram at all)
License Plate is ENS-632 Alberta Plate..
