disc brakes?

I can't recall what year jeep TJs went to rear disc brakes...anybody know? Was it 2003 or was that just for the Rubicon only? Thanks.

I know that in 03 the Rubi did come with the rear disc but I am pretty sure it was a rubi only option.  I am not sure if Jeep offered them on other models or not
