I went along with my dad, he insisted we take his Expedition so we did, lucky thing too... I don't know anybody in the offroad community as yet and it turned out that my dad's Expo was Gunther's(from the FWS club) wifes old truck. That broke the ice and made some new friends there.
The run itself was a gravel road trip to Sibbald lake via the Powderface Trail. Nothing extraordinary happened except the scenery and the good grub and conversation. Probably 7-8 vehicles made the trip.
