Metric thread tap needed!

That's right folks.  Need to tap new threads for the filler plug on my front diff.  They're m20x1.5.  Can anyone help me?

do you need to tap new threads or do you think you can use a thread chaser??? im almost certain ive got a chaser that size, but i cant remember my taps... i prob have that tap as well, maybe illl look.

Thanks!  Any help would be appreciated.  I'm pretty sure I'm gunna need to cut new threads.  Old threads barely hold the old plug in(m18x1.5) :roll: .

Wrap the plug in teflon tape. Its worked well for me before. and don't overtighten it!  :P

Thanks for the techno tip there cLAY :D .  I shoulda remembered this trick from my growin' up on the farm days :roll: .  Not a bad temporary fix but I'd still like to get some new threads/plug in the darn thing :evil: .
