Hopfully this will help someone out.
I have a 98 Jeep Cherokee (XJ) 2 door with 31" tires, 4" lift in the rear, 3.5" lift in the front, and a severe Deathwobble (caster shimmey)problem.
After looking around for some after market LCA's (lower control arms) I decided that prices are way to high for them so I asked my buddy, and he said that some people like to use WJ (Grand Cherokee 99 or older).
this is true because the LCAs for WJs are bent. I changed mine over becasue the bend in the LCA allows for your turning radius to return to stock.
The LCA's arent longer so this next part will work with stock arms. Look under your jeep and refer to my expert diagram at the bottom of this post. My LCA bolts were at the back of the slot. Making shims out of stock steel and washers move the inner bracket forward (this will change your caster) and move your axel closer to where is should be. This along with a newer steering stablaizer should work. (try it with out the steering stabalizer first)
Hopefully this works out for you. Its just somthing that worked for me so if your desperate, or just trying new stuff... consider it.
