NP 231 4 or 6 cylinder
« on: January 11, 2008, 02:44:17 PM »
Okay I have a np 231 t/case from a 4 cyl (21 spline) for sale.  There seems to be no takers so I'm thinking of changing the mainshaft to a 6 cyl(23 spline).  If I get a donor shaft is this a direct swap or will I need something else also(bearings, seals etc.)?
85 CJ7, toy axles and 35's, miller locker in rear.
