4.2 l with gm 4.3 tbi problems

I bought a 90 YJ with 4.3 fuel injection put on it, when it is hot it won't start inless you pull one injector wire off, also when you floor it it will bog, any ideas, it doesn't have a pressure shutoff on the fuel pump,maybe this is a problem, I don't know, can anyone help

I would call Howell and talk to them about tuning. You might have the wrong chip in there.

If not, they will walk you through trouble shooting process as well.

Ask them for a copy of their trouble shooting manual for future reference.

They've been helpfull with me in the past trouble shooting issues with their 4.3 system.

Thanks for the reply but it isn't from howell it is actually from a bone yard out of a Chevy, does it matter

Check for a bad temp sensor.
85 CJ7, toy axles and 35's, miller locker in rear.
