Wife's TJ has been having Transfercase linkage issues since the install of our BDS 3" lift, and Pink Barn 1" body lift.  I've been climbing underneath and wrestling with it to use 4wd for almost 3 years.  It's been one of those: "Yeah, I'll get to it's"

Time to fix: TJ linkage for the Tcase.
I ordered an adaptor by AA last August...and finally got around to doing something about it this weekend. It's design was made to eliminate the tub side bracket of a TJ's Tcase linkage system, for those that have either replaced the factory skid plate with a lower profile kit for Long Arms, or for body lifts.

Part was $34.99 USD.
Included in the kit:
 - bracket
 - repalcement Tcase mount studs for NP 231
 - 2 10mm x .75" hex head bolts, with nylocks
 - 1 instruction sheet, saying to "install", with a black and white pic at 200x110 resolution.

Install methodology was as follows:
 1) Pull back interior carpet on drivers side trans tunnel
 2) Remove bolts for factory tub side linkage component
      a) remove pivot bracket from factory tub mount, and re-use on new bracket from AA (see below)
 3) Disconnect linkage arms from tub side bracket (no problem here, this was already done on ours)
 4) Remove 4 bolts that mount transmission to Tcase skidplate, using a jack stand to support the transmission
 5) Remove Tcase skidplate, using a floor jack to steady and lower to floor
 6) Remove Tcase side factory bracket from Tcase (2 bolts)
 7) Install AA bracket on 2 Tcase studs
 8) Install factory Tcase bracket over AA bracket, pinning AA bracket to Tcase.
 9) Connect all linkage to appropriate locations (see below)
 10) Reassemble all.

Yep, that was it.  All 3 hours of it.
