Has anybody thought about building a copy of the AEV Brute? The Hard top is a big problem, as i have not found any aftermarket. Aqualu sells a CJ cab and pick up box, somebody that knows body work could chop up a YJ tub or something. The frame should not be too much work to stretch.

It's been done, Mark from RMOR in RedDeer built one...

Wow! That truck looks awesome. I would like to find out  more about. Where did the hard top come from? An old Scrambler? What about the box?

Pretty sure Mark said he made the top by chopping a YJ HT and he fabbed the box with the YJ rear, and may part with it for about $35000. Just give him a call, I'm sure he'd be happy to quote you for one :wink:
