Hey Frenchy, how do you find out what the reserve price is on the vehicles?

From that link above, find the Jeep.
On the right side, click on "More Info".
Then click on the "EMAIL US" link.
That will send email with that specific contract # to the staff.
Just ask any questions you have in that email.

Try it with one of the other TJ's they have listed (2005 and 1997) and post up the price here.

I bet the bidding on thet Rubi never makes it to the reserve,. Just remember, there is always a reason why they're cheap.

That '97 could go for dirt cheap.

funny this subject just came up. i work in a dodge/jeep dealer and some one brought in a 2001 tj with 187,000kms on it complaining of a funny oil pressure gauge. well the gauge isnt funny, the engine has next to no oil pressure, thus, needs rebuild or new engine. sad thing is the guy picked it up from auction not long ago. the auction numbers are still on the window. too bad really, its got the 4.0L, 5 speed, dana 44 rear end, no a/c, almost my perfect TJ, lol!

Yip,
I just went to see these auction Jeeps...
I was so happy to get back into my nice, clean, non abused Rubi, those things are just junk.

It more then likely can get away with new rod bearings for which would likely take it another 100 plus K.

But, thats why you shouldnt do auction vehicles unless you can do the inevitable repairs yourself.
