As far as I can say now, I'm on.
I'd rather be dragging a club than clubbing in drag

I should be good to go, im not a member but that will give plenty of time for me to get some rear tow hooks made up.

Are front tow hooks ok?

Yeah, front and rear tow points are a must. Tow hooks included.  ;)

what is a minimum recommendation for a rear tow point?  Can i get something sturdy and attached to the frame professionally rigged up by my work welder?

Hitch with a pin, or Modern has a couple different Hitch Clevis tow points you can look at. I picked one up, $30, and Warn makes one (same rating) for $50ish.

A growing number from the newly forming Red Neck Deer club are planning to hook up on Gasoline Alley and head down.

Personally, only some goofy weather silliness like minus 35 or something similar will rule me out.

For safety reasons,it is best if young children wear neck support and are strapped in properly, toddlers are best left at home.

Ineterested to come if I can meet the criteria in time. Clarifying on above. What would be considered 'young children'? Also, what kind of neck support do you suggest for kids in this age range?

Thanks guys,
Ryan

I am not a CJA member but some things to consider:
Babies have a large heavy head relative to their bodies, weak neck muscles and need to have their heads supported to prevent spinal injuries.  What age are they able to support their heads effectively in a jostling Jeep crossing rough terrain?  Not sure on that, maybe age 3/4, assess your child's abilities.  Not aware of any readily available (outside the medical system) neck supports, C-collars for babies/small children.  I'd leave the babies at home.
