ok, so if it is popping out more than it may be quite simple. When my 2" body lift went into my first jeep, the same thing happened. They just lengthened the bottom of the stickshift to fix it.
Bnine would be more technical on this. Did you get a t-case skid dropped as well?

clearance isnt the issue its all been checked .. its the sincro    i think thats how you spell it .. it will stick sometimes and others it will jump right out and its even jumped out so hard that it went into 3rd

i only have a 1.25 body and my skid plate has a bit of a bend to it so its probably only .75 up
