Saturday the 12th or Sunday the 13th

Would you guys be willing to wheel with a couple newbie teenage wheelers that day? I went out last weekend with my father and his buddy who taught me some stuff, got our new JK nice and dirty, and I was planning on taking a friend out on Saturday or Sunday anyways... Got a stock '08 JK with a nice Warn 9500ti on it, no lift or anything though! I was planning on going to MacLean or Waiporous anyways since they're the only two places I'm slightly familiar with (Waiporous more so since I hunt out in that area in the winter, mainly the Fallen/Burnt Timber areas)...

I'd love to get out to MacLean and learn some of the trails though! Any takers? Where/when would I meet you guys if I come out?

Yup 9am at the store sounds good.  That way we can hopefully hit trails around 9:30-10.

my dad passed away recently and we made place to scatter hiss ashes on a hill he loved but i totaly forgot about it till just now.

I am sorry to hear about your Father. Not to worry we will all make it out again sometime soon.

Does this mean that the stock Xterra isnt coming out anymore? I wanted to see if those were only for looks or if they were good at going off road. How well do Xterra's do off the road do you have any idea? I think they are nice looking but I want to know if they are worth it.

Sorry to hear about your dad Dana. Hope all goes well for you and your family he left behind. I'll be thinking about you while I'm looking for "My Hill" and I mean that in a kind way cause away from the city enjoying the beautiful outdoors is where I like to spend quality time. Sounds like your Dad felt the same.

Man I hope his favorite hill wasn't "the ridge" cause I'd feel even more stupid.

Crescent hieghts on a nice evening with the top down is okay...but the best require 4low and should have a rewarding landscape view at the top. Lots of trees and less traffic noise.
