It has started.
Step one done. Going for step two tonight.
Why does your Jeep say Toyota on it?
The obstacle is the path.

ok i have been late posting here because my budget looks like crap! but i just got word from Mrs pook that if i pay off my credit card i can max it out in the spring!  ;D

so here is what i am looking at,

set of 32" bfg's
rims
5-6" re lift (to clear my low rider name)
hesco adjustable fuel pressure regulator (to fix my low psi problems)
body work (to fix my rusting issues)
timing chain (to help freshen up the tired 4.0L)
jack all
tire deflators
on board air
snatch block
electric fan
better reverse lights
tranny cooler (yes noel i still want it)

and anything else i can get my hands on before Mrs Pook tightens the reigns.

and for Mrs. pook's xj:

tires and lift from mine.
and figure out why the bloody check engine light always comes on.

Hmmm....which one?

1)02 KJ - new tires....maybe front tow points and install the hitch

2)89 MJ - just received 31's, CB,  and Rocky Mountain pinstriping.  97+ header facelift, possible 2" additional lift, 2x4 steel slider/running boards instead of rockers, CB antenna permanent mount, and needs new interior including floors.

3)54 CJ3B - basket case.  Needs everything.  No wait....I think the spring hangers are still on the frame.

4) 48 CJ2A - engine is pulled, Chevy 4.3 lurks in the corner waiting to take advantage of my jeep in its emotionally fragile and needy state right now. Tub is going to be pulled, hopefully new corners welded in, lockers hooked up, new shocks, new spring.

5) Human cloning to get all this done.
`48 CJ2A, `54 CJ3B, `97 TJ, and 03 WJ...batting close to .500 when it comes to jeep models owned vs. jeep models created.....

YJ ~ downgrade to 35s. take 2" body lift out of YJ. get it nice and low (to high for me to get in, sick of losing beltloops on my pants ;) )

I lose belt loops all the time I thought it was because I am too fat but maybe there is another reason!!! Woohoo off to the pantry for some Chips Ahoy!!
2001 Jeep TJ - 4" Lift 35's MTZ Chanda made bumpers, fenders and sliders...still working on her!!!

Long lists.  :o

Ours isn't too long...yet...

Exterior stucco or siding (current 1969 vintage siding is on it's last legs)
Gut and reno upstairs bathroom
Replace back fence

Could be a lot worse, all things considered. It won't all be happening this winter...that bathroom is a "maybe", the other two will have to wait. Especially the $tucco idea.
I followed a rainbow out to a garage and found a leprichaun. The rainbow ended in a potted cactus on his porch, but there was no gold :(

hmm where do I begin...

98 XJ DD:
- Tear out rear springs again, and the stupid lift blocks. Throw in the S-10 springs I have with new u-bolts.
- Install Rusty's T-Case Drop
- Wire up Pro Comp lights that came with the roofrack
- Wire up new trailer hitch
- Purchase and install Nates4x4.com front bumper

99 XJ project
- fix part of front rad support
- find passenger side fender
- paint both fenders to match
- find new or fix old header panel
- new windshield
- adjust latch on rear hatch

89 MJ "Trailer"
- Tear out old bent/broken leaf springs, replace with donors from an 88.
- make tongue for the front
- wire up tail and brake lights
- swap tailgates
- re-mount bed
- paint
- find 2 more matching rims
98 XJ Sport 2 Dr, 3", 33's and Bushwacker Flat Flares
87 XJ Wagoneer 5", Dana 44, 34" Swamper TSL's
97 TJ 5.2 Magnum V8 swap, 4" and 33" MTZ's- GF's Jeep
84 Mustang GT-Built 351W 5spd
97 XJ - 3.5", 31" BFG. 370,000 KMS and counting!

Are you keeping that cute lil teddy bear stuck to your dash Eric? Awwwww.... :-*

I'm surprised that you still have all those National decals on your Jeep.

There is a sticky that tells you how to post pictures on this site. Give it a read. Good luck with your project, and I hope it gets done in time for some winter wheeling.
