well everythings back together now and the jeep is running mint.  i can't get over the power i have back.  i guess when you have all 6 cylinders firing it works well :) 

 i will admit it was a lot of work to which i owe a bunch of people a thankyou for;  big thanks to Jamey for taking the time to make a pilot bearing work for me and just helpful insight. 
thanks to heeps for the tstat and idea for the guage. saved me a lot of headache and work.  tstat works well!  and big thanks to Seanner, Trevor and good ole' Grease Nipple (my neighbour)  and the pook for their help. made it a lot easier (mostly cause i'm lazy ;) ) and thanks Fug for the engine! and even had it pulled before i got there!

can't wait to go wheelin next week. woop woop

Thats awesome!  Am so glad it worked out well... I figure you'll get a good many km's out of that engine... it ran like a top before it was pulled.
