This part is easily understood

This part makes no sense, the ad also says bach #1 is $550 (550 square feet) and bach #2 is $675 (600 square feet)
Short term okay but $40 surcharge for each month under 6 months. 1 month $750, 2 months $710/month etc.
$240 over 6 months= 40$ more each month. If you stay 7 months than the surcharge is $0 for months 7, 8, 9, etc.
But if you stay one month than it should be $790 or $$915. His numbers are wrong but the second month would be $40 less than 790/915 = 750/875
2nd month would be 40 less than 750/835
3rd month would be 40 less than 710/795
4th month would be 40 less than 670/735
5th month would be 40 less than 630/695
6th month would be 40 less than 590/655
7th and all next months would be 550/615.
basically his math skills suck or mine do.lol.
