reaming knuckles/pitman arm

gonna do it sooner than later

just wondering if anyone is able to ream a couple knuckles, a pitman arm and a chev TRE so i can do an over the knuckle setup on my YJ.  i'd pull all the parts and bring them to you of course. just wondering what it would cost.

I am out of reamers currently. I would go to northern metalic and order a "3/4 carr" reamer and as one of the machinist types here to do it for the reamer to last the longest.

Or, I have  a jig I can put knuckles and pitman in and do the ream if you have a reamer. Shouldnt have to ream the tie rod.Get the right one and it already has the chevy or ford taper.

Look at parts mike parts, for tech info on the different tre's and specs, and part numbers.

do you think the snapon R121 reamer is a waste of time?

Its a good reamer from all i hear, but it would be a waste if you are doing the holes by hand just because the chatter you get freehand will tear up any reamer. Better to get the holes done and throw out a 60$ reamer instead of a 120$ one.

The sanpon one would be better if you planned on multiple holes, and had access to machines that could drill them steadily.
