crap guys I think I may have the same problem!! My XJ clutch fingers appear to be short, like the pic by the OP!

I'm not sure guys, what do you think??

they look like there wearing out slowly but there still there.. at least from that angle they look like the fingers are still long enough .. but if you have the tranny out you mine as well change the clutch
