As everyone knows, the Show and Shine is about a month away now. And we need people who are willing to donate some of their time to help us run it. This includes setting up, tearing down at the end of the day, collecting the donations from our sponsors prior to the event and helping bring stuff down to Boomtown. We also need people who can help run the various stations during the Show and Shine, sell raffle and 50/50 tickets and help with the registration.
If you want to help, we don't ask that you do so for the entire time. Half an hour or an hour from people will let us run everything smoothly and still let everyone enjoy the event. You don't have to be a member to volunteer.
If you want to help out or want some more info, you can PM me or post up in here and I'll get back to you. There will be an information night on June 25 at Boomtown. I'll be there at 7:00 and it shouldn't take more than an hour.
