The Collin and Jamal show?! Won't miss it! I'm in for Sunday. No cares when we meet but prefer 11 in hopes of being home around 6:00, but am easy if Jamal needs his 8-hours.

OK lets try to get this going in one direction here. How about Sunday and I would like to get going a bit earlier than noon by 10:00 10:30 I was thinking (just throwing that out there). Place: we can try McClain again last week end we got 12KM (I checked my GPS after)  before everything died (Jarma you get your rig all sorted out?). I have no opinion on the wrought though.

Turns out all I need to do is hard wire my pump to the wiring bus, cause its a free fix nothing broke ( in my mind) .

I'm driving in from Vulcan we can try for 11 but I may be an hour late.... ;D,  its bound to be a late night for me Saturday to boot.

A friend of mine with a stock Jimmy on all-terrains may want to come out this weekend... think there's anything we might hit that he can't go through/around? Shall I tell him to come along or to stay home?

So to set a time to this all lets split the differences and say 11:28 and 13.5 seconds AM meet at the store (or as i like to call it the "the out of place brown building in McClain Creek").

Well I made it as far as the Bragg Creek gas station, then the problems hit. It seems the bugs are not yet worked out of my rig.

1. valve cover gasket was leaking oil onto exhaust manifold. trying to re-seat it only made it *drastically* worse.
2. positive battery terminal finally decided it had too much corrosion to give the starter any juice

and then, just for fun...

3. spark plug wire chose this moment to break

Sorry, maybe next time I'll make it with a running rig. I went home on a tow truck. Hope you guys had a fun day.

It was quite the day, lots of fun,mud and winching, only minor body damage for most of us..... thank goodness for  the pythagorean theorem approach to using a snatch block. Oh yes incase anyone was wondering I  did enjoy my drive home on the shoulder of the road.

I'm looking forward to doing it again,
