I tried to keep quiet, but all I wanted to say is that's real bad form for a company to trash every other product out there, it makes me want to stead clear of that company. I've personally never tried your products probably never will just based on the things you've said. Probably not important to you at all but it is something to think about as I know quite a few people who would also have a bad taste in there mouth for that kind of "marketing". Just passing along friendly advice. If your stuffs that good, it should stand on its own without the need to trash. For example,  if Dave and Jay were on here talkin smack about each others work, I'm sure both would be a hell of a lot less busy ;)

Too true Wil.  I'm also way too busy to start any drama.  Not too busy to read it though!

On another note clay makes a top notch product.  Yes it may be more money but as always, you get what you pay for.  The message that heepalop is getting out is right but the delivery needs work.

EMF doesn't need to trash talk. Their hiems are the gild standard, and I'm sure their balljoints and steering setup will be worth the wait. But promoting something that doesnt existt is really pointles.aside from that they're local and great people to deal with.  An they truly go out of their way for what they sell.Heep alop doesn't represent EMF,its his opinion. That doesn't mean he has to donate product to the s&s. (That's the job of the s&s rep, maybe he should solicit them for product, and not assume).
If the CJA doesn't support local biz, unless they give us some tshirts and a $50 gofft card for the show and shart, then I don't support the CJA.  this is supposed to be a community based club. Not based on what they can give us.
You guys might as well ban me too.

Since when does Al have the power to ban anyone? His last post seems to slam EMF, didn't we ban rubiohef for doing the same thing?

Wasn't trying to suggest that the product was no good or that they need to talk trash, I have ZERO knowledge of the company, its products, owners or employees for the record. Was just suggesting to let the product speak for itself. Although I am curious how one can be sh!t compared to one that doesn't exist. If I need balljoints today, Id much rather have sh!t then nothing.

I'm friends with both owners, and their products are what other manufacturers strive for. Everything I have ordered from them has been available within two weeks. Sure heep may be pimping something that isn't available, but hey,its his opinion.  No need to have someone suggest in order to say so EMF has to flow their product to the s & s.....pffft.

why does everyone turn every post into drama all the time on here, who cares if someone calles it junk or crap, everyone is entitled to oppinion whether its based on fact or not. I do believe EMF joints are badass and they are expensive because they are not mass produced like balistic or currie joints and are well built from what i've seen. everyone needs to chill the frack out, smoke some weed, relax a bit, have a beer or two.

this was well over a year ago when heep-a-lop was 'representing' EMF and EMF themselves came on here and told us that he doesn't represent them.  they expected us to deal with him so I did.  then there were complaints and EMF asked we not ban him saying they would talk to him and get him to stop [promoting EMF and products that don't exist].  They didn't follow through and see, he is still here [promoting EMF and products that don't exist]... and worse, as mentioned by others.

Well hello.  I dont come on here often and maybe I should???  Anyhow FIEND I sent you a PM so please call me when it's at your convenience.

Clayton.... the owner of EMF WAS one of the original members.  I have been on the executive board in the past.  I always fully supported the CJA in any way we could - I'm a Jeeper through and through.  The last 3 years have been hard on the bank account and we haven't been able to donate to the Show n Shine.  We have made it clear that we would love to support it - financially we just couldn't do it.  We had thousands stolen from us from a previous employee and spent the last 3 years climbing out of the hole.

I have asked time and time again to be a paid supporting vendor and was told that there was nothing like that in place yet and I was free to post things for sale.  So I did.

Heep-a-lop... while I truly appreciate your support - you have to realize that you are speaking on behalf of a company that is someone else's.  While we do pride ourselves in having the best product out there for heim joints, tie rod ends etc... I respect that not everyone has the money to buy our joints and that is totally up to them.  Instead of posting about how ours were best and assuming TMR's were crap... nothing should have been said at all.  Now any relationship we had with CJA is probably gone and I only have myself to blame for not being on here sooner.

For the original poster of this thread and the CJA board, I apologize on behalf of EMF because we are EMF... and please know that this will not happen again.

Please resume with your regular scheduled program.

Nothing wrong with having an employee passionate about their workplace and product.
Delivery not the best but i am sure a few of us on here have been guilty of that in the past.

i also agree with apeman's summary of the situation.

Everything I have ordered from them has been available within two weeks.

I was in a very bad spot and needed a full rebuild for a EVO rod end,.. It failed not from craftsmanship but abuse and a race repair. EMF could of been like other big business and said we are open Monday to Friday blah, blah, blah, blah but Erin personally delivered and met me in airdrie to get me what I needed. Not only did I get the parts I needed but I got the newest version which is considerably stronger ( the first one took years of s#it and abuse ) and at a very resonable price.

A+++

He is obviously a young guy with a hard on for some parts he thinks highly of. Not the end of the world. Yeah it comes across as a bit much at times, but whatever, just shows he's passionate about something.

I've always had good luck with everyone from Evo and the parts they build and sell. Not to mention Clayton is without a doubt the one the most talented fabricators we have available to us in this industry.

Anyways, when it comes to the rod ends, Heep is completely right. Just needs a bit more tact in his delivery :)

I wouldnt worry Erin.

I remember Erin picking me up to go to my first Jeep meeting (a little while back  ;) ).  My Jeep was busted and she was kind enough to give me a lift to the meeting.

These guys are great folks that always supported this club when they could and they make killer products.

PS: Erin,... Kevin and I still have to pass by the shop and get a few things from you guys. I have not forgotten... I don't expect the same deal...it was way too long ago  ::).
